Hi,
Just an update on how i am doing on this...
I have upgraded using the CD!!! YAY! :roll:
and i have done a "apt-get dist-upgrade" and all went PERFECT!
All that is left for me to try now is the kernel upgrade... i'm not too worried though as this is only my test machine.... so i am going to write everything i done down so i should be able to do the same on my main pc :D
Oh one last thing... could i write a howto for upgrading to 2.6.x and it get used on the site or where ever you put the howto's ? :oops:

i'm pretty sure there's already a how-to for upgrading to a 2.6 kernel, but if you want to create one, go right ahead, you'd have to create one at the wiki ( http://wiki.blagblagblag.org/ )

Hi,
could you point me to the one that exists allready.... as i only have one for 9002 and as yet i havnt been able to get 10000 to upgrade to 2.6.x i just get loads of errors... :oops: :oops:
So anyone with anything please let me know :D

hmm...i must have seen the 9002 one too.
look at this:

minus the part about downloading and burning FC1. i'm not sure if its any good or no, but take a look at it.
