I have Xchat 2.0.7 and i see that there is no 2.0.10 in the repository. Can someone update xchat in the repository?

It is unlikely that Fedora will release an updated version of xchat unless it had a security issue (which I don't think it does).
I may do custom packaging of xchat for 20k--if so, I'll update to the most recent release.
