I guess there isn't too much holding back from tagging the alpha releases as final releases other than I think that 10k just works for the average user better in most cases. FC2 added too many issues (e.g. busting XP, no floppy boot, early k2.6). FC3 is supposed to be released on Nov 1, but the schedule has slipped a couple times. It should be quite a bit more stable from the start than FC2.

Did some of the issues end up in 20k. Some of the issues I was unhappy about was, not being able to burn a CD as user and the latest kernel ( I can't remember the release) had issues with some gomes like quake3.
My FC2 install never busted my XP install though.

Thanks Jeff, it checks out fine. I'll burn it again later and try again :)

Bugs I constated with the 19999.00081 :
-login screen is too wide
-can't burn cd
-not automatic detection of usb key (but you can look at http://ccomb.free.fr/wiki/wakka.php?wiki=UsbMassStorage for the automatic detection of usb key)
oh, gnome 2.8 and gaim 1.0 are out (my favourites packets) update update ^^
an'... that's all, good work
