Hello, all. Blag is great! I am hoping to install it for a friend on a slightly older box with only 128 megs of RAM and a ~1Ghz processor. Will this work? Any tweaks that will make it work? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it should install on your friends PC without a hitch. I have installed Blag on Computers as old as 233mhz pentium II machines.

I've done pentium 100s with 32/64 megs of ram. Slow, but works. You can still surf the 'net if you use XFCE or blackbox as a window manager.

I use full GNOME on a Pentium 3 @ 450mhz, so you'll be just fine.

On my side, running well BLAG 10000 on a Pentium II 300 Mhz with 224 Mb Ram.
Just have to enable frame dropping in Mplayer ;-)
