simple enough question:
will the blag offered on this site install to a mac (performa) or do i need a mac (motorola CPU) specific version?
if so where can i get linux for mac (preferably for free)?
incidentally i live in the brixton area so if anyone is willing to link up with a cd so i don't have to d/l it on dial-up, i would buy them a pint or several or whatever....

the short answer is there isn't a version of blag to install on the ppc architecture at the moment.
you mentioned that you have a performa. what vintage?
gnu/linux for ppc/mac?
ubuntu [debian] http://ubuntulinux.org/
i've just done a ppc install of this, and it's the easiest linux install onto ppc architecture i've ever done...
yellow dog http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/
the old reliable so to speak for linux/ppc...
both of these have isos to download.
