|

Hey, can someone take the responsibilty over of posting updates to this forum of the new errata updates that come out?
Basically, I want to set up a cron job that grabs the new updates and runs genbasedir.
If someone could volunteer to do this, it would be great:
1) subscribe to fedora-announce-list@redhat.com
2) Watch for new updates
3) When a new update is released, check to see if it has made it into the BLAG repository
4) When it has, post the update from fedora-announce to this forum
Thanks!

Ok. Very cool.
There's a whole ton of them out there now...... Feel free to start as of today, or if you're feeling ambitious, go back and post all the ones since I last did one.
Oh yeah, you'll probably want to keep up with fedora-legacy too...
Thanks!

Oh yeah, I usually leave this line out:
"This update can also be installed with the Update Agent; you can
launch the Update Agent with the 'up2date' command. "
Since BLAG doesn't reallyuse up2date (I may see if it's workable for 30k though).
Thanks for doing the updates! :)
