A RAID controller took a dive on the main fileserver so the repo was down for a bit. Sorry about that. All good now.

Off topic but I was able to maintain a box with the "test repo" that I sync with yours here:-
[errata]
name=BLAG70000
baseurl=http://ks355011.kimsufi.com/70000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS.errata/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
[extras]
name=BLAG70000
baseurl=http://ks355011.kimsufi.com/70000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS.extras/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
[base]
baseurl=http://ks355011.kimsufi.com/70000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS/
enabled=1
[updates]
name=BLAG70000
baseurl=http://ks355011.kimsufi.com/70000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS.updates/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
Used it to install a few boxen and update them all.

Ah, very cool. Perhaps we should start including your box in the yum mirror list, since it has that feature.
How many simultaneous releases can you handle? Like if 80k or 90k get added, can you include them without having to remove your 70k mirror? In other words, you got tons o' disk? Is this box in a stable location? Like it's not going to be changing IPs and such? We could set up uk1.mirror.blagblagblag.org or somesuch too, if you want.

Didn't stevo32 once set up a repo mirror, too? I'm pretty sure that last year I was actually syncing up to a mirror in Canada, but now I can't find any notes on it. Am I remembering right? And is that mirror still working?

Perhaps a few chaps could use the "test repo" on devel or non-critical boxen and report back here first. I've updated a few boxes fine from that repo. I expect an uptime of approx 300 days or so as I haven't done any "funky jayeola stuff" on it yet. Aiming to keep it stable and up and running. So far I've provided enough disk space to cover 70k.
/* ahem - nmap */
