Try to post what normal is too, in your thread, to make things as quick & easy as possible for the ISP who I think is monitoring this thread.
That said, my speeds seem better too for me at 85k/sec. Could just be that it's a holiday here though. My traceroute path is same as I posted above.

My location is the south of UK, my connection is a up to 8Mb connection that I usually get 4.5Mb download speeds from other sites in the UK, France, Germany and Japan. I have noticed that some other sites in the US also gives me poor download speed too, as you can see I only get 69Kb/s from Blag server (sic).

So that speed seems reasonable considering it's crossing the atlantic and such. But he says it's never that speed, so I guess I'll have to try at other times of the day.

wgetting a file from FRII's ftp server gives me 200k/sec, whereas I get around 100k/sec to the blag server. This surprised me until I saw above the traceroutes and they are different in Denver--their ping times are even different.
