32 Bit Blag Repos not working. Are they down?

Just a quick question because the 32 bit Repos are acting up again.

I just want to know if they are down, and where I can keep up to date on the server status.

I still get a "Timeout error" from yum, but I found a workaround. If I want install a package I just start downloading with wget and use the yum command again.

I don't understand why these two unrelated commands make it work.
