are meaning to be able to write to ntfs or just read from it? If you mean read it is already possible.

Unless it is in the main kernel, it probably won't be put in BLAG by default. I really recommend learning to compile your own kernel. Not only does it make life easier for you but it really will open up a whole new world.

Big thanks for the pointer. And if anyone cares, I have compiled a lot of linux [and other] kernels. Used to be easier documentation and finer granularity, tho. Old days.
