...
Kudzu starts up every time I boot saying that it would like to remove my wifi card, so I let it try to remove and it segfaults every time, I know I could remove kudzu from starting, but I don't really want to do that, any ideas?

By the way, Blag is awesome, and I'm really looking forward to the 10000 release. The roadmap says it was going to be released in spring, how soon can is it to being released?

Thanks again!

Kudzu can be disabled at boot by doing:

/sbin/chkconfig --del kudzu

You can check to see what is coming up at boot by running:

/sbin/chkconfig --list | grep on

If you really need to force kudzu off, you could also run:

/sbin/chkconfig --level 35 kudzu off

Also, kudzu has 3 options when it discovers new hardware or thinks hardware has been removed. You can ignore, remove or...can't forget the third one,but it's the same as ignore on this and all subsequent boots. Perhaps you could try that.

What kind of wifi card to you have? I'm really interested in getting as much wifi going as possible, but the list of cards is daunting...

I've been spending lots of time on 10000. Right now I'm working on getting things merged into blag from here:
http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/mega-merge.php

This is mostly done. I need to remove some packages from 10000 as the base has grown... They will all be available online.

I don't really have a date, other than "spring". I work on it more than anything else, fwiw.

Thanks,

-Jeff
