By the way chaps.
Here's a way to upgrade an alpha iso image to the latest stable. It uses rsync and save's the bandwidth of your connection as well as that of the BLAG server.
I used this method to upgrade my copy of an alpha 69K Image to upgrade it to 70k. It's very simple so don't be put off with the command line stuff. You don't even need to be root to do any of this.
