Gnome Main Menu: Applications are gone...

For 10000 make sure you have these two RPMs installed:

blag-menus-0.1.0-0blag.fc1.noarch.rpm
redhat-menus-0.40-6blag.fc1.noarch.rpm

Just to confirm, this happened dist-upgrading using Dag/Freshrpms repository, not the blag one, right?

It appears you may have synced to a fedora core 2 repository or something.

The version in stock fedora 1 is:
redhat-menus-0.40-1.noarch.rpm

The version in Fedora 2:
redhat-menus-1.4.1-1

The blag10000 version (mostly to fix icons that don't theme correctly):
redhat-menus-0.40-6blag.fc1

Get these files:
ftp://ftp.blagblagblag.org/pub/BLAG/linux/10000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS/redhat-menus-0.40-6blag.fc1.noarch.rpm
ftp://ftp.blagblagblag.org/pub/BLAG/linux/10000/en/os/i386/BLAG/RPMS/blag-menus-0.1.0-0blag.fc1.noarch.rpm

Then install it with (all on one line):
