i guess it updated some packages.....no noticeable difference
but broke xine and mplayer
and kiax also won't open now
xine: won't play wmv now, but did before
mplayer: no longer recognizes video device
hmmmm
tried to reinstall xine
and it said the package has been obsoleted and replaced by blag-release
so i have to re-install the whole blag-release in order to put xine back?

I'm not sure what's up, but try this out:
| Code: | apt-get update
apt-get -f install
apt-get install xine |

jebba, is the wmv included with blag? I did my own download from mplayer.hq, and set up in the /codecs dir, and then just pointed xine to it.

There's no wmv codec in BLAG.
