for Blag and Fedora you could use this guide:

It describes how to install Apache. Somewhere in the fedoraforum I read that it's more safe to use the fedorapackages instead of the LAMP package.
Nginx is faster than Apache but not as easy to configure. I tried Nginx on Arch Linux and it partly worked, but the CMS drupal and most other complicated things didn't.
