Lots of updates for 9k

Fedora Legacy has released a slew of packages for RH9 which I have put in the 9k repository. They are "updates-testing" from Fedora Legacy, but they should be pretty solid already. :)

- Numerous XFree86-* packages
- rsync
- php-*
- cvs
- kernel
- ethereal
- gaim (but the Dag version is more recent)

It looks like they'll be releasing more soon as well as things appear to be finally coming together for the Fedora Legacy team.
