streamtuner has just stopped working..I click on the station and xmms comes up ok
then I get an error message saying..
Couldnt open audio
Please check the s/card is configured properly
You have the correct output plugin selected
and no other program is blocking the s/card....
I have just come back from a couple of weeks holiday
booted the box and did an update/upgrade
and now have this problem...Cdplayer works ok though..
Any advice welcome

Are you running 9k or 10k had that problem in 9k. Does it work in root? Check for any changes you might have changed.ok, If all else fails. Maybe try delete and reinstall it?Some one else can jump in here for more suggestions.... :)

I have tried a reinstall of all the necessary components but still get the error message.
I have Mepis on the second partition and streamtuner works perfectly there....
I will possibly reinstall Blag2k as I know it will work from a new install

I suggest never re-installing as it forces you to figure out how your system works. You should never have to re-install....
Quit xmms, then do:
| Code: | | mv ~/.xmms ~/.xmms-old |
Then re-launch xmms. Check out yer xmms preferences too, you may be using OSS (9k/10k most likely) or ALSA (20k most likely).
