Hi,
I am having some trouble with the program "Sound Converter". I am trying to convert some MP3s to WAV, to put on CDs to play in my car. When I try to convert, I get a progress bar that starts but then stalls and says something like "converting file xxxx to yyyy 333 minutes remaining". It never goes anywhere from there, and no WAV file is created.
Any clues to get this to work? Or, are there alternative programs? I need to go from MP3 to WAV.
Thanks,
Mike H

| Code: | | lame --decode foo.mp3 foo.wav |

Have you tried just using gnome baker directly? Drop the mp3s into the make an audio CD screen.

Thanks for the tips. Gnomebaker does the trick, so my problem is solved.
Soundconverter is still not working.
