install on xfs

Hi! I want to install blag30k on an old box ,on xfs or reiserfs ,but I do not know how...
Can anybody help me?

Hi John and thanks a lot for Your help! I would prefer xfs or reiserfs ,because I am working with a lot of small files (thousands) which I have to download, move, cut, copy, etc. and ext3 is very very slow with these kind of operations.This is why I would rather install on reiserfs or xfs. I have to say also that I have used linux distros (like Slackware,Red Hat,Fedora,Debian) ,but none of them
performed as well as Blag ,except Slackware that is...so that I do respect this distro very much.
