I know that many OSs that have a terminal come with emacs and I was wondering if BLAG did. I looked through the packagas lists but I was jsut trying to make sure I wasnt missing anything.

oh yes it does. There's emacs and emacs-nox.

It's in the repository:
| Code: | apt-get update
apt-get install emacs |
There's also a million emacs packages you can search through `apt-cache search emacs`
