What are you using to download this? What happens if you resume the transfer, does it just hang there?
I was able to wget it fine.

I'm trying wget now. I had tried it from my browser, from an ftp client, in windows, in linux, and from two different networks (home network with broadband wireless and work network with a T1). In all of those cases it has died on me at roughly the same spot (about 26%).

What happens when you try to resume the download?
