Defrag hard drive and other cleanup

Hi Guys,
Is there any need for, and tools to do a "defragment" of the hard drive?

Are there other "cleanup" tools, like found for windoze systems? Any need for that?

I'm wondering if there is any need for something like "CCleaner", which clears out "junk" files.


Just wanna make sure I'm keeping my system in good shape.

No need. fsck will keep it clean enough. Try not to run about 90% or 95% or so and you'll get better performance (but i often run at 100% full....)
