Hi,
After a recent update, my ether net connection (eth0) comes up disconnected after rebooting the machine. I am able to Activate the device manually by going to:
SYSTEM-ADMINISTRATION-NETWORK, and then clicking the "Activate" button.
Is there something I can do to make sure eth0 is activated at system startup?
Thanks,
Mike

save your networking profile after clicking activate, it should be in the menu under "file".
if it still doesn't come up upon reboot, delete the network adapter or alias.

Thanks for the advice. I first tried just saving the settings, but that did not resolve the problem. I tried your 2nd suggestion of removing the device, and that worked. I added the device back after restarting, and now all is back to normal.
Thanks for the help.
Mike
