Good interview. Big up BLAG. I like the "we've been there first" responses, (e.g. one CD, 100% free). Git is pure ownership as I'm using it all the time!

cool interview, I found it really interesting. It's starting to look hopeful that linux-libre will take off. If it does, hopefully the kernel team will start taking responsibility for this on there own rather than having a bug up there butt about FSF concerns.

BTW. You never mentioned blasterisk.

I see in some of your other recent blog posts you are talking about the EeePC and the EeePC wrt education.

I have both a 701 and 900 model and plan to get the atom-based model as soon as it comes out. I am doing what I can to try to make it into a 100% free system, with all components running free sofware.

Anyway, I think you should contact Don Parris(http://www.blue-gnu.biz/privatemsg/msgto/2). If he finds some time (he seems to be extremely busy), he will probably test your adaptation of BLAG for the Eee. I personally don't have any Eee.
