Sry. Fixed. :) Well, I think it's fixed. I got the mail server going now. Let me know if it works or not.

nope
phpBB will sit the user account in inactive state until admin oks it.
Had this problem on my forums over the years.

Try it with a new account name and see if it's going now. It /should/ be...
The mailserver wasn't going on the "new" box, but it is now...
