I have found a good deal on a Sun SPARC Ultra 5 computer. Is there a version of BLAG that will work on it? Thank you ahead of time for any info you fellows have.
Regards,
James

I don't thig so since BLAG is based on Fedora and fedora has no SPARC architecture. It seems to me that there was a project of Building a Sparc Linux Distribution based on Fedora called Aurora.

Well if BLAG Linux does not run on it I will pass on this deal this time. I need to learn more about Linux anyway.
A little off topic but:
I just about got an old Commodore 64 with all the accessories for $15 but someone else beat me too it. (I had a Commodore when I was kid) It might be strange but I feel the need to collect these different old machines. :0)

James

You can come and ask your questions on BLAG IRC channel:
Server:
irc.indymedia.org
Channel:
#blag
May be you can have some help with choosing an old computer running BLAG.

Debian has a SPARC version, if you want.

You are probably right! I ended up getting that Commodore 64 after all. It might be a paper weight until I get the nuts to fire it up and handle all that horsepower that it has.
