|
|
I installed blag on my new lenovo ideapad s10 (In replacement the one I bought last week and crashed four days after. They changed it for a new one) before erasing Windows I updated the BIOS. I installed blag (before tried debian and had not this problem. See subject).
All works fine . Only one thing tired me. When I suspend I have problem with resume. A black screen! (X doesn't start) But If I do Ctrl+Alt+<-- to restart X , X start at last. I log and give my password and Gnome start.

Junichiro,
Try installing OpenBox and running with that and Gnome. It might be Compiz related.
I have seen this before with the EEE. Your Lenovo and the later EEE models share a lot of hardware, so you may more easily find answers searching for that.

I never use compiz. And don't have this problem with debian.

Try switching VTs after resuming (ctrl-alt-f1 then ctrl-alt-f7).
