Hello (new here)

Hello everyone! I've lurked on these forums a few times over the past 2-3 years and just now registered.
I've been using GNU/Linux distributions (as well as FreeBSD and OpenSolaris) of varying flavors over the past 5-6 years and am amazed at how far these various distros have come. Lately I've been watching videos of RMS speak on various things and it made me think more about the importance of the Free Software movement as opposed to "open source." I "distro-hop" quite a lot and am currently on Fedora Rawhide (it should be broken after my long list of currently installing updates finishes, hehe.) When I heard BLAG was trying to make a comeback I got excited. I'm hoping this project will rise again and more developers will be attracted to it.
I don't currently have any coding skills (and probably won't for quite awhile) but I can provide feedback on various things. I've also got discussions I think are of relevance to Free Software and hope others will share their thoughts on these topics as well (I'll start these discussions in the appropriate forum sections soon.)
Well, I've rambled long enough already. I'll end this post now. :-)
