Sorry. I do not know how to Install a Kernel without formatting all disk...
:(
- How can the Fedora 16 Kernel be installed preserving the rest of the contents of my SSD...?
- Won't this bring incompatibility problems with the rest of the Blag 160k Libraries and else...?

I think your 160k uses fedora repo. So just install a non-free kernel and the kmod I told you.
