just found the distro on distrowatch. i'm curring living just south of brixton, and thought it was quite cool that there is a distro developed in brixton. haven't tried it yet though!

Well Jeff is American and spends most of his time there so I guess America would be the answer. However he was here in London for quite some time in the early days. So I guess we could say it was born in London and then maintained wherever Jeff was at the time. All the BLAG meetings were held in Brixton and the users I know from them meetings all tend to be based around that area.
