Blag was easy to install and I like the available packages . My only complaint is that it took me a long time to figure out how to dial out with my modem.

Yep. No doubt about modems. I don't have a solution for how to make this nicer, but am actively looking for an answer.

Perhaps a selection of how-to's built into BLAG would work? We would need to find someone with a modem to write down the basic steps as I personally use a router and then we can word it easily enough.

I use the Network Device Control. I use a CDMA phone as a modem and constant ping after activating it, but it works like a charm. Adding a new connection type is easy. I'm not at home right now but I think the initial setup was with Internet Configuration Tool and then activated it with Network Device Control just as Modem Lights.
