Does anyone know how to add the kppp modem dialer to Blag without installing all the crap that comes with all the KDE packages? I want to stick to using gnome so I don't see the point of me installing all the KDE packages for just one program.

To use kppp, as I understand it, you need a whole bunch of other KDE stuff, unfortunately. I wish there was a nice gnome equivalent of kppp, but I don't know of one. Highy requested.

It's pre-alpha. Looks as though he is moving forward with it. Checked it about a month ago and no release was available yet.

Well what about gnome ppp or some may call it gppp. Could this be added to blag? I used gppp once before in mandrake Linux.

gppp hasn't seen an update since 2002, so I'm not too interested in depending upon it. Somewhere in the forums there is another thread discussing alternatives to kppp.
